From President Jason Booth
Clarifying Some Organizational Changes:
We feel it necessary to clarify our organization structure, because of some past changes and recent issues. To make it clear, Jason Booth is President of Windward Engineers & Consultants, LLC, an enterprise capable, minority-owned MEP design firm with offices across the country. Booth is a proud member of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians from North Dakota. Prior to owning and running Windward, Booth founded and grew The Patient Source, the largest Native American-owned patient education business in the U.S. In addition to his career highlights, Booth volunteers with organizations focused on providing opportunity in business and education to diverse young people and for organizations focused on enhancing cultural exchange through the arts and media. Booth holds a BA in English - Creative Writing from the University of Minnesota.
Regrettably, we terminated our former President, Mr. Michael Clements. He is no longer associated with Windward in any way. After he was dismissed, issues have arisen regarding Windward's internet presence. Specifically, Mr. Clements has continued to represent himself, online, as the President of Windward Engineers & Consultants. We have recently asked Mr. Clements to take down all of these websites, but he refuses:

Mr. Clements uses his Georgia Tech ID, gte757n, to post racist comments online:

As a direct result of Mr. Clements posting racist statements online, and publishing racial rants on his websites, often in the name of Windward, he has found himself listed here:

Even after Windward posted the following notice in the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Mr. Clements has continued with the same online behavior:
We regret having to make this statement in regards to our organizational changes, and specifically in regards to the websites and postings created by Mr. Clements. However, when our prospective clients perform Google searches, they are often confused when the statement "Michael Clements, President of Windward" appears in their search.

Again, we must clarify that Jason Booth is the President of Windward Engineers & Consultants, and that Michael Clements was discharged from that position.
